GENEROUS SOUL

HOPE ni Guiller Valencia

Mapagbigay na kaluluwa!

Ikaw ba ay generous soul or greedy soul?

The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself” (Proverbs 11:25, NKJV).

A generous soul is a soul that blesses other people. Not only bless them with money but in all sorts of ways, in deeds and in kind of words. It says, “The more you give, the more you receive.”

This generous soul is a cheerful giver. Sabi nga sa verse natin, they water others and, as a result, they are watered.

In another translation of our verse, ganito ang pagkasulat, “The one who blesses others is blessed abundantly. Those who help others are helped.”

Remember our Lord God is a generous giver. He gave his only begotten Son Lord Jesus to redeemed us to our sin. And we knew the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life.

Sa aklat ni Lucas 6:38 ay ganito ang wika, “Give, and will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Sabi rin sa Kawikaan, “Kindness shown to the poor is an act of worship.”

“He who is kind to the poor lends to the Lord and He will repay them” (Proverbs 19:17).

Ang tanong ko, do you want to be a generous soul or a greedy one? (giv777@myyahoo.com)
